NIAMEY, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Tuareg-led rebels in northern Niger said on Friday they had launched twin attacks overnight on the main regional town of Agadez and on an electricity company supplying uranium mines, killing two people. "There are at least two civilians dead (in Agadez). The army killed them as it tried to fight us off," Seydou Kaocen Maiga, Paris-based spokesman for the rebel Niger Movement for Justice (MNJ) said. The rebels also said they had attacked the site of Niger utility SONICHAR in the northern town of Tchirozérine, which supplies electricity to uranium mines belonging to French nuclear group Areva <CEPFi.PA>.
