N'DJAMENA, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Chad's rebels said on Monday they did not believe in the neutrality of the European Union peacekeeping force to be deployued in the east of their country and urged EU states not to send troops on the mission. "The alliance of the armed opposition no longer believes in the neutrality of a force essentially composed of French troops and whose operational direction is carried out by France," the rebels fighting to topple President Idriss Deby said in a statement.
