RI-KWANGBA, Sudan, April 14 (Reuters) - Uganda's government and Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebels signed a new two-month truce on Saturday, boosting efforts to end one of Africa's longest and most brutal wars. The two sides also agreed to resume stalled peace talks on April 26 in the south Sudan capital, Juba. The agreement gave the LRA guerrillas a six-week deadline to assemble in Ri-Kwangba, near the border with Democratic Republic of Congo.
