NAIROBI, Nov 17 (Reuters) - U.N. climate talks in Nairobi have delayed a decision on whether to include carbon capture and storage under a Kyoto carbon trading framework called the Clean Development Mechanism, the head of the U.N.'s climate body said.

"The decision taken is to look at the issue further," Yvo de Boer said on Friday.

"We've not decided yet whether to include it in CDM."

The technology on whether buried carbon dioxide stays underground and who is liable if it leaks were the main sticking points, he added.

Millionaire hotelier John Ward of Britain, 72, father of Julie Ward who was found murdered in Kenya's Maasai Mara Game Reserve in September 1988, speaks to Reuters during an interview at his hotel room in Nairobi December 5, 2006. Ward, who has made over 100 trips and spent more than 1 million pounds, said on Tuesday that a pile of excrement found at the scene could hold the key to the killers.
