GAZA, Dec 19 (Reuters) - Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas called on Tuesday for rival factions to show restraint and to release their hostages after a ceasefire deal with Fatah broke down. "I call on all to show restraint and calm, not to resort to arms and to end tensions," Haniyeh said in a speech broadcast live on television.
