ANKARA, April 19 (Reuters) - Turkish police have detained 10 people in connection with the killing of three people, including a German, at a Turkish Bible publishing house in the southeast of the mainly Muslim country, authorities said on Thursday.

Three people were found at the publishing house in Malatya with their throats slit. The killings shocked Turkey, which is still struggling to improve rights for minorities.
