NAIROBI, Jan 20 (Reuters) - At least one person was killed in ethnic clashes in the Kenyan capital Nairobi on Sunday in the latest flare up of violence following President Mwai Kibaki's disputed re-election this month, a witness said.

"He was sliced with a panga (machete) over the head. There was fighting through the night," Harold Mukigi, a driver, said, adding that the attackers belonged to Kibaki's Kikuyu tribe and the victim was a Luo, the tribe of opposition challenger Raila Odinga.
