June 20 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1945 GMT on Friday: * denotes new or updated item * BAGHDAD - A parked car bomb killed three people and wounded 10 others when it exploded near a restaurant in central Baghdad's Harthiya neighbourhood, just outside the fortified Green Zone government and diplomatic compound, police said. BAGHDAD - A body was found dumped in a street in Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - U.S. forces detained 12 suspected al Qaeda members in the northern city of Mosul, including a man suspected of overseeing attacks for the Sunni Arab insurgent group and a second man suspected of helping build suicide bombs, the U.S. military said. DIYALA - A U.S. soldier was killed and five were wounded in three roadside bomb attacks on U.S. patrols in Diyala province, east of Baghdad, U.S. forces said. BAGHDAD - U.S. forces killed four militants and detained 18 others on Thursday and Friday during operations around Baghdad, the U.S. military said. MOSUL - A suicide car bomber attacked a police checkpoint, wounding five policemen in Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. ISKANDARIYA - Police found two decomposed bodies inside a mosque two years after they were kidnapped in Iskandariya, 40 km (25 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.
