LONDON, March 21 (Reuters) - Eighteen civilians and a police have died in anti-Chinese riots in the Tibetan capital Lhasa, Xinhua news agency quoted the Tibet regional government as saying on Friday. "Previously, the official death toll for the innocent was 13," said Xinhua, monitored in London. The agency reported that 241 police officers had been injured, 23 critically, and a police officer had been killed by a mob. The regional government said the number of injured civilians had risen to 382 from 325, Xinhua reported. Fifty-eight were seriously wounded, it added.
