March 21 (Reuters) - A Romanian soldier was killed and another was wounded in Afghanistan, north of Qalat on Thursday when their armoured vehicle, a Humvee, hit an improvised explosive device, Romania's defence ministry said. More than 200 foreign troops were killed in Afghanistan in 2007.
