July 2 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1530 GMT on Thursday. * denotes new or updated item * AL-ZAB - One person was killed and six were wounded when a bomb planted in a car parked near a police station exploded in al-Zab, in southwest Kirkuk province, police said. YUSUFIYA - A car bomb in a commercial street killed two people and wounded 15 in the town of Yusufiya, 20 km (10 miles) south of Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - Gunmen killed a man in a drive-by shooting in western Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - A roadside bomb went off near an Iraqi army patrol, wounding three soldiers in western Mosul, police said. BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb targeting an Iraqi army patrol killed one soldier and wounded 10 other people, including two soldiers, in Abu Nawas district of central Baghdad, police said. KIRKUK - Gunmen shot dead an army major in a drive-by shooting near his house in the city of Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. FALLUJA - One policeman was killed and two wounded by a sticky bomb attached to their vehicle in the city of Falluja, 50 km (35 miles) west of Baghdad, police said.
