CANNES, France, May 24 (Reuters) - The 60th Cannes Film Festival is drawing to a close, with Hollywood glamour launching one last assault for the premiere of "Ocean's Thirteen" on Thursday.

CLOONEY KISS GOES FOR A SONG

George Clooney raised an impressive $350,000 at auction for a kiss. At a charity evening hosted by actress Sharon Stone, the heartthrob embraced a female guest to raise money for the amfAR AIDS foundation, which regularly hosts a charity auction during the Cannes Film Festival.

KYLIE COMEBACK

The other highlight of the star-studded night was a brief set by Australian pop star Kylie Minogue, who was joined by Stone on stage during the performance. The amfAR event, which charges between $30,000 and $100,000 per table, raised a reported $7.5 million for charity.

...AND YET MORE CHARITY

And not to be left out, the cast and crew of Hollywood heist movie "Ocean's Thirteen" held a charity bash of their own during Cannes this year and raised $10 million, and in June they head to Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Chicago for similar events.
