Strong earthquake reported in Gulf of Aden-USGS

LONDON, Dec 30 (Reuters) - An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 struck the Gulf of Aden between Yemen and Somalia on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said on its Web site.

The quake was at a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles), the report said. It was not immediately clear if it had caused any serious damage.
