NIAMEY, May 31 (Reuters) - Niger's parliament passed a no-confidence motion on Thursday against Prime Minister Hama Amadou's government after opponents accused it of complicity in a scandal involving embezzlement of education funds.

The censure motion, carried by a majority of 62 votes in the 113-seat national assembly, should trigger the automatic resignation of the existing government under the terms of the constitution of the landlocked West African state.
