GOMA, Congo, Dec 5 (Reuters) - Congo's government will meet eastern Tutsi rebels for talks in Nairobi, Kenya on Monday to formalise a ceasefire and discuss a peace process, Foreign Minister Alexis Thambwe Mwamba said on Friday.

He made the announcement following talks with his Rwandan counterpart in Goma in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. (Reporting by Joe Bavier; Editing by Pascal Fletcher)
