Suicide attacks kill 20, wound 60 in north Iraq

BAGHDAD, July 9 (Reuters) - Two successive suicide attacks in the northern Iraqi town of Tal Afar on Thursday killed at least 20 people and wounded 60, police said. The first suicide bomber detonated an explosives vest in the town, 420 km (260 miles) northwest of Baghdad. The second attack followed as people gathered to respond to the first blast, police said.
