LONDON, July 10 (Reuters) - Britain said on Tuesday it was considering all of its options after Moscow refused to extradite the man accused of the murder of Russian emigre Alexander Litvinenko.

A spokesman for Prime Minister Gordon Brown described the Russian position as "extremely disappointing".

"We are considering all of our options," he said, refusing to give any further detail.

Englishman Colin Hinchley, operations director of Heartland Farms (R), speaks to a tractor driver at one of the company's fields outside the southern Russian town of Belinsky near Penza, some 650 km (405 miles) southeast of Moscow, July 23, 2007. Moscow needs investment to cut its dependence on food imports and, as Heartland Farm's general director Richard Willows and Hinchley start turning a profit from the farm they have run for five years, others are being tempted to swap home for Russia's wide open lands.
