DUBAI, April 14 (Reuters) - A previously unknown Palestinian group has said it was behind an attack on an Israeli navy patrol off Gaza, Al Jazeera television reported on Tuesday. It aired a video which appeared to show a boat explode as a patrol vessel was passing nearby. The Israeli military said the boat exploded on Monday about 600 metres (yards) from an Israeli naval patrol and caused no casualties or damage. The group, which calls itself Secret Special Units, said it used a remote control device to set off the explosives on the boat, the television reported. The group "vowed to launch more attacks on the Israeli occupation in retaliation to its continued aggression against Gaza", Al Jazeera added. (Reporting by Firouz Sedarat)
