ANTANANARIVO, March 21 (Reuters) - No foreign ambassadors attended Saturday's installation of Madagascar's new leader Andry Rajoelina, underlining the widespread international censure of his rise to power, witnesses said. Rajoelina, in a speech to tens of thousands of supporters, said his priorities were to improve standards of living and ensure security on the Indian Ocean island after months of unrest prior to former president Marc Ravalomanana's downfall.
