MOSCOW, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Russia's military has no plans to reinforce the Black Sea Fleet as it considers the current number of warships sufficient, a senior Russian military official said on Thursday. "We don't have such plans," Anatoly Nogovitsyn, deputy chief of the Russian military's General Staff, told a news conference in response to a question about a possible build-up of the fleet following the conflict in Georgia.
