Dec 26 (Reuters) - A Royal Marine was killed in Afghanistan on Wednesday, Britain's Ministry of Defence reported on Thursday. He was killed during combat in the Nad-e-Ali district near Lashkar Gah in Helmand province. A total of 136 British presonnel have been killed in Afghanistan since the start of operations in 2001.
