July 27 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1900 GMT on Monday. * indicates new or updated item. * BAGHDAD - A bomb attached to a civilian car wounded three people in the car and two bystanders in western Baghdad's Harithia district, police said. * BASRA - U.S. and Iraqi forces arrested a senior figure in anti-American Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr's movement, Sattar Jabbar, on charges of "terrorism" in Basra, 420 km (260 miles) south of Baghdad, the U.S. military said. MOSUL - Gunman shot and killed a policeman and wounded a civilian in Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - A sticky bomb killed a local tribal leader and wounded his driver in Mosul, police said. Police had earlier said three people were wounded in the blast, but later said only the driver had been hurt. FALLUJA - A bomb planted on the car of an Iraqi army captain killed him in Falluja, 50 km (32 miles) west of Baghdad, police said. BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb killed one civilian and wounded four others on Palestine Street in northeastern Baghdad, police said. MOSUL - A roadside bomb wounded six soldiers in Mosul, police said. KIRKUK - A roadside bomb wounded a policeman in Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. KIRKUK - Police found the body of policeman who had been shot in the head and chest near Kirkuk, police said.
