TBILISI, Sept 30 (Reuters) - European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana said on Tuesday he was "optimistic" that a deal on Russian forces pulling back from security zones deep inside Georgia would be met by Oct 10. "I am optimistic that all parties will comply with the agreement that was signed," Solana told reporters in Tbilisi. Solana was in the Georgian capital to mark the start of an EU mission to monitor the ceasefire between Russia and Georgia since their five-day war in August.
