JERUSALEM, March 31 (Reuters) - Israel's parliament on Tuesday approved Benjamin Netanyahu's new right-leaning government after a six-hour debate. Lawmakers voted 69 to 45 with five abstentions, making Netanyahu prime minister for the second time in 10 years, after his right-wing Likud party emerged on top in coalition bargaining after a Feb. 10 election. He succeeds Israeli centrist leader Ehud Olmert.
