CEBU, Philippines, June 22 (Reuters) - A ferry that sank during a typhoon in the Philippines had 845 people on board not 740-plus as stated previously, the vessel's owners said on Sunday. "The original manifest was in Manila and since the office was closed we had to wait to get it," Manuel Espina, a spokesman for Sulpicio Lines, told Reuters. Espina said the MV Princess of Stars had 724 passengers and 121 crew on board before it ran aground in stormy weather on Saturday. Originally, officials said the ship had more than 620 passengers and 121 crew members. (Reporting by Manny Mogato; Editing by Carmel Crimmins)
