WASHINGTON, May 7 (Reuters) - President George W. Bush plans to nominate Henrietta Holsman Fore as administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, to replace Randall Tobias who resigned after his name was linked to an escort service, the White House said on Monday. Fore is currently State Department undersecretary for management and was formerly director of the U.S. Mint at the Treasury Department. Tobias resigned last month from the post in charge of foreign aid after it became public that he had used an escort service owned by a woman charged with running a prostitution operation.
