No agreement at Western Sahara talks - UN

UNITED NATIONS, Jan 9 (Reuters) - Morocco and Western Sahara's Polisario independence movement ended two days of talks near New York City on Wednesday without agreement on Africa's longest running territorial dispute. U.N. mediator Peter van Valsum said the sides had agreed to meet again from March 11-13 at the same location in the town of Manhasset for what will be their fourth round of talks since they offered rival plans for the territory's future last year.
