CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Nov 14 (Reuters) - The U.S. space shuttle Endeavour lifted off from its seaside launch pad in Florida on Friday for a 15-day mission to renovate the International Space Station. Endeavour, carrying a crew of seven, lit up the night sky as it roared away from the Kennedy Space Center. It settled safely into Earth's orbit about 8 1/2 minutes after launch.
