LIMA, Sept 22 (Reuters) - Former President Alberto Fujimori arrived in Peru on Saturday for the first time in nearly seven years to face charges for abusing human rights and stealing public money during his 1990-2000 rule of the Andean country. Peruvian state TV showed a police plane carrying Fujimori arriving from Chile at the southern Peruvian city of Tacna. After refueling it will later head to the capital Lima. On Friday, Chile's Supreme Court said it authorized the extradition of Fujimori, who had been in Chile since November 2005, when he was detained on an international warrant.
