HOUSTON, Aug 22 (Reuters) - Citgo Petroleum Corp. said on Wednesday it has had some delays in crude oil supply from Mexico due to Hurricane Dean. "But, so far, it has been nothing we can't live with," said Citgo spokesman Fernando Garay. Citgo, the U.S. refining and marketing arm of Venezuela's state oil company Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., uses Mexico's heavy, sour Maya crude at refineries in Texas and Louisiana.
