(Updates after wreckage found)QUITO, Aug 31 (Reuters) - A Venezuelan cargo plane crashed in Ecuador's Andean mountains and all three crew members were killed, officials from the South American countries said on Sunday. The Boeing 737-200, operated by Venezuelan airline Conviasa, crashed on a flight from Venezuela late on Saturday as it approached its destination airport in Ecuador, where it had been set to undergo maintenance, they said.
