QUITO, Aug 31 (Reuters) - A Venezuelan cargo plane crashed in Ecuador's Andean mountains and all three crew members were killed, officials from the South American countries said on Sunday.

The Boeing 737-200, operated by Venezuelan airline Conviasa, crashed on a flight from Venezuela late on Saturday as it approached its destination airport in Ecuador, where it had been set to undergo maintenance, they said.

A search party found the plane's wreckage on a mountain more than 13,000 feet (4,000 meters) above sea level, the International Committee of the Red Cross said.
