BOGOTA, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Friday he planned to hold talks with Colombian FARC guerrilla leaders in Venezuela in an effort to break a deadlock on freeing rebel kidnap victims. "President Uribe has welcomed the idea that I receive FARC representatives in Venezuela to talk over this matter," Chavez told reporters after a meeting with Colombian President Alvaro Uribe in Bogota. The Venezuelan leader is visiting Colombia to try to mediate over hostages held by FARC -- the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia -- including French-Colombian politician Ingrid Betancourt and three Americans.
