GUANTANAMO BAY U.S. NAVAL BASE, Cuba, June 4 (Reuters) - A military judge at the Guantanamo war crimes tribunal on Monday dismissed all the charges against a Yemeni accused of driving Osama bin Laden. The judge said he did not have jurisdiction to try the prisoner, Salim Ahmed Hamdan, under a 2006 U.S. law authorizing the tribunals for foreign terrorism suspects. It was the second major legal victory for Hamdan, who last year won a U.S. Supreme Court challenge that scrapped the first Guantanamo tribunal system.
