Bomb in Istanbul wounds three, official says

ISTANBUL, Dec 6 (Reuters) - A percussion bomb exploded in front of a bank in central Istanbul on Saturday, wounding three people, a local official said. The area was cordoned off to prevent traffic passing through for fear of a possible second bomb attack, he said.
