SEOUL, Aug 18 (Reuters) - North Korea has asked for a summit with the South to be postponed because of flooding that has ravaged the impoverished country, South Korea's YTN TV said on Saturday. South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun was scheduled to visit Pyongyang to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-il on Aug. 28-30 for what would be only the second summit between the two countries.
