SEOUL, Sept 10 (Reuters) - North Korean leader Kim Jong-il is almost certainly ill, Yonhap news agency cited a South Korean government official as saying on Wednesday. The official said Kim had collapsed, but did not say when or how serious was his condition. On Tuesday, a U.S. intelligence official said Kim may have suffered a stroke. Kim, 66, and the leader of the world's first communist dynasty, was conspicuously absent from a parade on Tuesday to mark the 60th anniversary of the communist state.
