SEOUL, April 10 (Reuters) - The following is a summary of major South Korean newspapers on Tuesday, prepared by Reuters in Seoul. Reuters has not checked the stories and does not guarantee their accuracy.

CHOSUN ILBO

- Twenty North Korean defector groups in South Korea will jointly form an organisation to work towards democratising North Korea, with Hwang Jang-yop, former secretary of the North Korean Workers' Party, as chairman.

- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will hold summit talks with South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun on Tuesday.

- Fila Korea says it has bought its parent company, the global Fila brand, from Sports Brand International Ltd., a unit of private investment firm Cerberus Capital Management [CBS.UL], for 400 billion won ($428.8 million).

DONG-A ILBO

- During Red Cross talks starting on Tuesday between the two Koreas, the South Korea government will propose that separate family reunions be held for families of abductees or military prisoners, according to a unification ministry official.

- Profits in the manufacturing industry arising from trade with the United States will increase by an average $745 million every year for the next 10 years if the South Korea-U.S. free trade agreement is implemented, the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade said.

- U.S. beef containing bones may be allowed into South Korea if the Office International des Epizooties says the United States is free of mad cow disease risks, said Lee Hae-min, director general for the South Korea-United States free trade agreement at the foreign ministry.

JOONGANG ILBO

- Alan Eustace, Google's <GOOG.O> senior vice president of engineering, said in an interview South Korea is a key region for the world's online market and the Internet search giant will open its R&D centre in Seoul next month.

- Samsung Economic Research Institute says South Korea should now seek a free trade agreement deal with India.

MAEIL BUSINESS NEWSPAPER

- South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo has told the Chinese government that South Korea's farming sector would suffer 10 trillion won ($10.72 billion) in damages if a free trade agreement is reached with China.
