SEOUL, July 3 (Reuters) - The following is a summary of major South Korean newspapers on Tuesday, prepared by Reuters in Seoul. Reuters has not checked the stories and does not guarantee their accuracy.

CHOSUN ILBO

- South Korea will establish new embassies in six nations and four new consulates while adding 197 people on its staff, a Foreign Ministry official said.

- Hansung Airlines is planning to run routes between South Korea and Japan starting in November, with fares at half the price of fares at other domestic airlines, according to vice president Lee Sung-joo.

- SK Corp. <003600.KS>. said it officially adopted the holding company system on Monday, splitting into an operating company, SK Energy Co., and a holding company, SK Holdings Co.

- Dongwha Pharmaceutical Ind. Co. Ltd. <000020.KS> said it will export its medicine technology to treat osteoporosis worth $511 million to Procter & Gamble <PG.N> Pharmaceuticals Inc.

DONG-A ILBO

- South Korea may rethink its National Security Law and Northern Limit Line as they are seen limiting further development in inter-Korean ties, a high-ranking government official said.

JOONGANG ILBO

- The United States, China and South Korea have agreed to hold foreign minister-level talks at the end of July and are seeking North Korea's participation, according to a government official.

- The Ministry of Education said that through the Korea Research Foundation it will sell its 4.25 percentage stake in the theme park Samsung Everland, which was donated to them by Samsung Group [SAGR.UL].

- Korean Reinsurance Company <003690.KS> is seeking to buy shares in a major Vietnamese insurance company and is considering investing in companies in China and India, according to president Park Jong-won.
