JALALABAD, Afghanistan, March 4 (Reuters) - Eight Afghan civilians were killed on Sunday when foreign troops opened fire after a suicide car-bomber attacked their convoy in the east of the country, a provincial police spokesman said. "Initial reports indicate that eight civilians have been killed in the firing," Abdul Ghafour, a spokesman for the provincial police force said. The incident happened outside the eastern city of Jalalabad.
