Blast in western India kills one - local media

NEW DELHI, Sept 29 (Reuters) - A blast in the western Indian state of Gujarat has killed one person and injured several more, local media reported on Monday.

The blast, which appeared to be a crude bomb, happened in the town of Modasa, local television said. (Reporting by Alistair Scrutton; Editing by Sami Aboudi)
