Tsunami warnings cancelled for Pacific

SYDNEY, Oct 8 (Reuters) - The Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre cancelled tsunami warnings and watches for the region on Thursday after huge subsea quakes generated a tiny wave. (Reporting by Rob Taylor; writing by Mark Bendeich; Editing by Jonathan Standing)
