Police officers watch as half-naked members of right-wing political organization "All For Latvia" protest in temperatures below -15 degrees Celsius (5 degrees Fahrenheit) in front of Latvia's Parliament building in Riga February 8, 2007. The protestors demonstrated against plans to sign the Latvian-Russian border treaty that will give up the Abrene county, a former Latvian territory that now belongs to Russia, local media reported on Thursday. The words on the protesters' chests are the names of various towns in Latvia.
