Bush to address country on Iraq plan Wednesday

WASHINGTON, Jan 8 (Reuters) - President George W. Bush will address Americans on his new Iraq plan on Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST (0200 GMT) from the White House, spokesman Tony Snow announced.

"The president will be addressing the nation on his plan for a way forward in Iraq and the global war on terror," Snow said.
