Restart of oil refineries to take couple of weeks-API

WASHINGTON, Sept 15 (Reuters) - It will take a couple of weeks to get oil and natural gas facilities and operations in the Gulf of Mexico back on line in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike, the American Petroleum Institute said Monday. (Reporting by Ayesha Rascoe; Editing by John Picinich)
