US Rep. Waxman predicts climate bill victory

WASHINGTON, May 18 (Reuters) - The chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee on Monday predicted that a controversial climate change bill will be approved by that panel.

"I believe we'll have a majority to report the bill out," Representative Henry Waxman told reporters.
