Car bomb in Baghdad book district kills 16 -police

BAGHDAD, March 5 (Reuters) - A car bomb killed 16 people and wounded 12 others on Monday in the area of Mutanabi Street, a Baghdad district lined with book shops, Iraqi police said.

They said there had been a second explosion nearby, but there were no details on casualties.
