BAGHDAD, Feb 25 (Reuters) - A suicide bomber wearing a vest packed with explosives killed at least 10 people and wounded 20 others outside Baghdad's Economy and Administration College on Sunday, police said.

The bomber wanted to enter the college grounds but guards prevented him and he detonated his explosives.

Insurgents have regularly attacked universities in the past.
