A boy walks near a pond, once used for drinking water, near a village in Labutta, October 31, 2008. Six months after Cyclone Nargis slammed into the delta, killing more then 130,000 people and leaving 2.4 million destitute, farmers in Asia's one-time 'rice bowl' say they expect to produced between 30 and 50 percent less rice than normal. The pond pictured was contaminated after the cyclone and can no longer be used for drinking water. Picture taken on October 31, 2008. REUTERS/Staff (MYANMAR)
