A general view shows the shore of Lake Nakuru inside the National Park with the same name on the Rift Valley in Nakuru, west of Nairobi, February 16, 2008. There are about 1.5 million pink flamingos at Lake Nakuru National Park but hardly anyone to admire them majestically walking along the shoreline during Kenya's high tourism season. Kenya's post-election tribal violence has scared away hundreds of thousands of visitors and few people are feeling the squeeze more than the staff at the picturesque park.
