A labourer gathers sugarcane at a commercial farmland in Numan community, Adamawa state, northeast of Nigeria, November 14, 2009. Africa, Asia and Latin America could see a decline of between 20 and 40 percent in potential agricultural productivity if temperatures rise more than 2 degrees Celsius, the U.N. said on November 16.
